In the Auditor’s Report, according to the company act, companies must reveal their transactions and audit their accounts and place their financial statements before the shareholders of the company.

 

The Annual Report contains the Financial Highlights of the company, Auditor’s Report, Director’s Report, The Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement etc.
